E-PINs are similar to Call and Text Cards but are given via secured paper slips or via text message. Each E-PIN has a card number and a PIN number which you can use to reload.

A. How to LOADTo load value for Globe Prepaid:

1. Dial 223 and press SEND.

2. Enter the Card number and press #.

3. Enter the PIN and press #.

4. A voice prompt will then confirm that the reload attempt is successful.

2 Ways to load value for TM:1. Dial *101* CardNumberPIN# and press SEND.
Ex. Dial *101*9999999999333333# and press SEND.

2. Dial *801 and press SEND.
Enter the Card number and press #.
Enter the PIN and press #.

A voice prompt will then confirm that the reload attempt is successful.
